Ingredients
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tbls baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
8 tbls cold unsalted butter, cut up
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup milk
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 425 F
Add flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl. Stir Well.
Add butter and cut with a pastry blender or rub together with your fingers until the mixture looks like fine graduals.
Add sugar. Stir slightly.
Add milk and stir with a fork until a dough forms.
Form dough into a ball. Pat or roll into 6 inch circle.
Cut into even size wedges.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper. add wedges.
Sprinkle with sugar on top of each scone.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until slightly brown on top.
